No dental insurance?
Woolbert Dental accepts most PPO dental plans — Delta Dental, MetLife, Aetna and United Concordia among them — sees fee-for-service and out-of-network patients, and offers an in-house membership plan for patients with no insurance at all. Treatment can also be spread over time through CareCredit or Cherry. Ask us what your treatment will cost before you begin — we would rather you knew.
The in-house membership plan
The membership plan is for patients without dental insurance. It is run by the practice rather than by an insurer, so there is no claim to file and no annual maximum to run out of. Call us and we will tell you exactly what it covers and what it costs.
We also see fee-for-service and out-of-network patients. Whichever applies to you, ask for the cost of your treatment before you begin.

Fee-for-service & out-of-network
We see fee-for-service patients and patients whose plan puts us out of network. You are still welcome here, and you will still be told the cost of your treatment before it starts.

Or send the form on our appointment page and a member of our team will be contacting you shortly. We look after patients from Shreveport, Bossier, Haughton, Stonewall, Keithville and Doyline, and if searching for a dentist near Shreveport, we are accepting new patients. Our registration forms ask for your plan details, so it helps to have the card to hand.
