Send the form on our appointment page and a member of our team will be contacting you shortly, or call 318-868-8276 between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday to Thursday.
What happens before my first visit?
Our registration forms are completed online, so filling them in ahead of your visit means less time at the front desk on the day. The forms ask for your medical history and your dental insurance details, so it helps to have your plan card to hand. We review your medical history to assess your overall health and identify any illnesses that may have an impact on your dental health.
We look after patients from Shreveport, Bossier, Haughton, Stonewall, Keithville and Doyline. If your question is not answered here, call 318-868-8276 or send it through our contact page.
What treatment costs and how you pay for it
Ask us what your treatment will cost before you begin — we would rather you knew.
Which dental insurance plans do you accept?
We accept most PPO dental plans, including Delta Dental, MetLife, Aetna and United Concordia. We also see fee-for-service and out-of-network patients. If your plan is not on that list, call 318-868-8276 and we will check it for you before you come in.
- Delta Dental
- MetLife
- Aetna
- United Concordia
What if I do not have dental insurance?
We offer an in-house membership plan for patients without insurance, and we see fee-for-service patients. Treatment can also be spread over time through CareCredit or Cherry.
Can I spread the cost of treatment?
Yes. We offer financing through CareCredit and payment options with Cherry. Both are applied for directly with the finance company; we can point you to the application before treatment starts.
Can I pay my bill online?
Yes. There is a Pay Online link in the top bar of every page on this site, and in the footer under Useful Links. It opens our payment page in a new window.
The equipment we treat with and what it changes for you
Our team is devoted to restoring, enhancing and maintaining your teeth using conservative, state-of-the-art dental procedures.
Can I get a crown in a single visit?
Yes. We have a CEREC unit in our own office, so we can go from diagnosis to walking out with the new crown in place on the same day — it takes a couple of hours from start to finish, rather than a temporary crown and a second appointment two weeks later.
What technology do you have in the office?
CBCT 3D imaging, same-day crowns, clear aligners and digital imaging. Digital X-rays expose you to substantially less radiation than film, the image is on screen immediately rather than after developing, and the grey-scale of a digital X-ray offers 256 shades of grey against the 16 to 25 shades of conventional radiography — so smaller changes show up sooner.
Is there an alternative to fixed braces?
Yes — SureSmile Clear. They are removable clear aligners rather than brackets fixed to the teeth. You take them out to eat and to brush, and treatment can be spread over time through CareCredit or Cherry.
I find dental visits difficult. What do you offer?
We offer nitrous oxide and a calm atmosphere. We treat each patient with kindness, listening to your needs and provide personalized care. We also emphasize prevention, helping you avoid costly treatments — through regular scheduled exams we check the overall health of your teeth and gums, perform oral cancer screenings, and perform x-rays to detect problems before they worsen.
How do you keep the office clean and safe?
Our practice follows safety procedures recommended by the Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Center for Disease Control (CDC). Those measures include disinfectant hand soap; gloves, masks, glasses and face shields; chemical disinfection of countertops and surfaces; sterilization of all non-disposable instruments and equipment before every use; chemical disinfection of anything that cannot be sterilized; and disposable coverings over the high-contact surfaces such as the dental chair, the air and water syringe and the light handles.
The goal of our practice is to provide superior dental health care while creating lasting relationships with each individual patient.
